Color coated coil, also known as color coated steel coil, is based on hot dip galvanized sheet, hot dip aluminum zinc sheet, electro galvanized sheet, etc., and undergoes a strict surface pretreatment process, including chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment, to ensure that the substrate surface is clean and has good adhesion. Subsequently, one or more layers of organic coating are applied to its surface, and after a precise baking and curing process, a high-quality color coated coil product is finally formed.
